Please include your request reference if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before discussing private records.
Information you choose to share A moving request can include your name, email, telephone number, preferred contact channel, addresses, apartment details, date preferences, inventory, building access information and messages. Item photographs are optional. Do not upload identity documents, payment details or other information that is unnecessary for reviewing a move. A contact message includes the name, email and message you provide.
How information is used We use request information to review your enquiry, clarify requirements, discuss scope and availability, prepare a response and maintain related support records. A reference identifies the request but does not grant access to private information. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking or a price. An optional news preference is separate from the information needed to respond to your request.
Address suggestions and maps Typing a street address uses Photon address search based on OpenStreetMap. Only the street search field is sent for suggestions. Enter apartment details in the separate field. A route preview sends the selected coordinates to a routing service. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and those requests include ordinary network information such as the IP address and requested map area. These providers may process information outside your province or country. Manual address entry is available. The contact page loads a Google map only when you select Show location map. External directions and social links open the relevant provider website, whose privacy practices apply there.
Website storage and essential records A quote draft is stored in session storage in your browser tab. Uploaded photos are not restored after a reload. You can clear the draft using Clear this draft. Staff sign in uses an essential secure session cookie. Server security and access records help protect the website and investigate failures. No advertising tracker is included in this website build.
Service providers and access Hostinger provides website infrastructure and transactional email services. Authorized staff can access requests and private uploads through the protected administration system. We do not publish request records or private photographs. Transactional email includes a reference and a limited summary. Ordinary email has its own security limits; please avoid sending sensitive documents by email. We do not sell request information.
Retention and your choices Request and support records are kept while needed to respond and maintain related business records. Retention and deletion must also account for any applicable record keeping obligations and backups. Contact us to ask about the information held about you, correction, deletion or withdrawing a preference. Some requests may require identity verification, and information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it. Contact go@viakargo.com to ask about the retention or deletion of a particular request.
Updates We may update this information when the services or data practices change. Material changes should be explained before new uses requiring consent begin.
